Patient approval

Use the same device, browser, and website where you record readings. You can return here using the approval status button in the app header. Clearing site data or switching browsers can lose approval; a readings backup does not restore it.

A link accepts one request and expires 30 minutes after staff generates it. After submission, staff must verify you before the displayed review deadline. Approved report access lasts 28 days from staff approval.

Submitting sends the link and private browser credentials. Approval records include the clinic, care-team setup, submission time, Reference ID, deadline, and public IP when available. Patient name and surgery date are temporarily processed to fill your device and are not saved in the database. Clinic-supplied settings replace different saved settings and are read-only. Settings displays patient and clinic details in a compact summary; patient name and surgery date cannot be edited there. Readings and drain locations are kept. Contact the care team for corrections.

Recording and backup/restore remain available without approval. Submitting approval does not send readings or reports. Emailing a report is a separate action you choose. Privacy policy.
