Privacy Policy

Drain Log includes a public informational landing page at / and a recording application at /app/. The application is designed to keep your lymphatic-drain tracking information on your device. This policy explains what the application processes, where information is stored, and the limited information used to provide paid report, backup, and restore features.
1. Health tracking data and where it lives
You do not need an account, username, or password to record drain readings.
Drain volumes, fluid characteristics, dates, notes, patient details, recovery metrics, and report contents that you enter are stored locally on your device using browser storage such as IndexedDB, LocalStorage, and the application cache. We do not transmit, upload, mirror, or store this health tracking data on our servers. Creative AI Solutions, LLC cannot see, access, or modify your tracking history.
2. How health tracking data is used
Your locally stored health tracking data exists so you can view it, calculate totals, create reports, and export it at your discretion. We do not use, sell, rent, or monetize your health tracking data for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.
3. Payment and purchase-recovery information
If you purchase Prepare and protect your complete drain record — $4.99 once, Stripe processes the payment under its own privacy policy. The purchase unlocks care-team-ready PDF and CSV reports plus JSON backup and restore. Drain Log sends Stripe a randomly generated device license identifier, not your drain readings or report contents. To confirm and recover a purchase, our server may retain that identifier, Stripe transaction references, payment status, amount and currency, and the checkout email supplied to Stripe. We use this information only to verify or restore access to paid features and to prevent fraud. It is not combined with your locally stored health tracking data.
The public fictional report at /sample-report.html contains invented example information. It does not read from browser storage and does not display or transmit an actual user's readings, patient details, or reports.
4. Optional feedback
If you choose to submit the feedback form, Drain Log sends Creative AI Solutions, LLC the comments you enter, your selected sentiment, the app version, and limited browser information used for troubleshooting. You may optionally provide an email address and permission to contact you. Feedback is delivered by our email service provider and is not combined with your locally stored health tracking data. Do not include patient names, medical details, drain measurements, or report contents in feedback.
5. Analytics and third-party trackers
The application does not contain third-party marketing trackers, advertising SDKs, or social-media pixels. We do not share your local tracking behavior with data brokers.
6. Your control, export, and deletion
You control your locally stored tracking data. The Settings screen lets you export a backup and delete all readings. Clearing the site's browser data or uninstalling the application may also permanently delete local data. Because we do not keep server backups of your readings, we cannot restore them. Export a backup before clearing data or uninstalling if you want to retain your history.
Deleting browser data may also remove the device's paid-feature entitlement. If purchase recovery is configured, you may request a recovery code using the email entered during Stripe checkout.
7. Health privacy laws
Drain Log is a direct-to-consumer application and is not offered by or on behalf of a health plan, health care clearinghouse, covered health care provider, or their business associate. On that basis, Creative AI Solutions, LLC does not act as a HIPAA covered entity or business associate when providing this application directly to you. Other laws may still apply, including the Federal Trade Commission Act and, where its coverage requirements are met, the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule. If our business relationships or data practices change, our legal obligations may change as well.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the application or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version.
